01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9vgo website at 9vgo.io, creating a member account, placing a bet, playing any casino game, making a deposit or withdrawal, or using any feature of the 9vgo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members, guest browsers, and any person who interacts with the 9vgo interface in any capacity.

These Terms should be read alongside the 9vgo Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the 9vgo platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by 9vgo.

9vgo reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account and/or via a notification on the platform. Your continued use of 9vgo after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 9vgo platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 9vgo strictly enforces this age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 9vgo or any of its game provider partners.
• You do not reside in, and are not accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion programme, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 9vgo or any other gambling operator.

9vgo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

3.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 9vgo platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9vgo employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 9vgo account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, your correct date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9vgo username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. 9vgo will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.4 — Identity Verification

9vgo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified and before any withdrawal is processed:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bKash account screenshot, bank statement)
• A selfie or video verification as requested by the 9vgo compliance team

KYC documents must be submitted via the account verification section of the platform or directly to [email protected]. 9vgo aims to complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 — Supported Payment Methods

9vgo currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by members based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Always check the cashier section of your account for the most current list of active methods.

4.2 — Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit on the 9vgo platform is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by 9vgo, however individual payment method providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits, which are outside 9vgo's control. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 9vgo balance within one to five minutes of confirmation. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing infrastructure.

4.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside BST business hours, or those flagged for additional review, may take up to 24 hours. Bank card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.4 — Withdrawal Verification Requirements

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 9vgo will not process a withdrawal to any payment method that was not used to make a deposit into the account, except where an alternative method is approved in advance by the 9vgo compliance team. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending KYC completion, verification of payment method ownership, or investigation into account activity. 9vgo will communicate any withdrawal hold to the member via registered email within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

4.5 — No Platform Transaction Fees

9vgo does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the full amount credited to your BDT balance. The amount you request for withdrawal is the full amount dispatched to your nominated payment method. Note that your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are not controlled by 9vgo.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New 9vgo members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible payment methods, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round while wagering, bonus expiry period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings are all stated on the welcome bonus terms page at the time of opt-in. These specific terms take precedence over any general description of the bonus appearing in marketing materials.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 9vgo are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings attributed to it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met). Not all games contribute equally to wagering — live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution rates are listed on each promotion's terms page.

5.3 — Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the 9vgo bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting errors in bonus calculation — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9vgo reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account of any member found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 — Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on the 9vgo platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the 9vgo Sportsbook Rules document. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, the outcome declared by the relevant official governing body — such as the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket, or FIFA for football — shall be final. 9vgo reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded, where the result was already known to the bettor at the time of placement.

6.2 — Casino Games

All casino games on the 9vgo platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO. Each game is governed by its own rules as stated in the game help screen. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session. In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the game provider's server-side record of the round shall be the authoritative record.

6.3 — Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for individual bets and game rounds are displayed within each market, game, or table. 9vgo reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns or risk profile, with notice provided to the affected member where reasonably practicable.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9vgo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Opening or operating more than one registered account
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any software to access or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, odds pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any game where player-versus-player interaction is a factor
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through exploitation of bonus offers
• Using payment methods belonging to another person, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9vgo staff or other members via any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9vgo platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces provided by partner studios, and the 9vgo brand name and trademark — is the intellectual property of 9vgo or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any 9vgo intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may access and view 9vgo content solely for the purpose of using the platform as an individual member for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. Any commercial exploitation, scraping, republication, or redistribution of 9vgo content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

09 Privacy & Data

9vgo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy on this website. By registering and using the 9vgo platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes
• Payment data is processed securely and is not stored in plain text on 9vgo servers
• 9vgo uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission between your browser and the platform

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9vgo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events
• Errors in odds pricing that were published due to a technical malfunction — such bets may be voided at 9vgo's discretion
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 9vgo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 9vgo's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

9vgo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9vgo will provide at least seven days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be made without advance notice. The date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 9vgo is incorporated and operated as an international online gaming platform. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the 9vgo support team at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Decisions made by the appointed arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
